Jeffrey joined Archer Capital in 2006. He worked on the public to private acquisition of Rebel Sport, a transaction bolt-on to Archer’s existing investment in Amart All Sports. He served on the Board of Rebel Group and subsequently executed the parallel exit of Rebel, and its demerged lifestyle fashion business, GlueStore. Rebel Group was awarded private equity deal of the year from AVCAL in 2012. Jeffrey also co-led the petroleum roll-up of Ausfuel, Gull Petroleum and Choice, a combination of strategic businesses in the high growth states of Australia. Jeffrey served on the Board of Ausfuel and oversaw the growth strategy that led to the creation of the leading independent petroleum company in Australia. Ausfuel was awarded private equity deal of the year from AVCAL in 2013.
Prior to joining Archer, Jeffrey worked for Citigroup's Investment Banking Division across the Sydney, Hong Kong and Beijing offices. His deal experience covered mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt transactions focused in the general industrials and mining sectors. Before commencing with Citigroup, Jeffrey worked for Unilever Australasia in Strategy and Evaluation, and at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in its Growth Solutions Division.
Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Business degree (with Distinction) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
